1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using FlowTask Pty Ltd ("FlowTask", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the service.
2. Description of the Service
FlowTask is a SaaS platform for crew management, time tracking, GPS tracking, and weekly invoice generation for service businesses with field staff. The service is offered free of charge, supported by voluntary donations.
3. Account and Registration
To use FlowTask, you must create an account by providing truthful, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FlowTask for illegal activities, infringe on third-party rights, distribute malware, or reverse-engineer the service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Privacy and Data
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. FlowTask processes GPS location data only during active shifts with explicit worker consent.
6. Intellectual Property
The software, design, trademark, and content of FlowTask are owned by FlowTask Pty Ltd. A non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license is granted to use the service in accordance with these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
FlowTask is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sydney, NSW.
